Important Freight Delivery Notice
For all heavy freight orders, please review the following carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process:
Delivery Location: Freight deliveries will be made to a loading dock or curbside in front of your business. Delivery will not include white-glove service or bringing the unit inside the building or service area.
Video Documentation (Required): For insurance and claims purposes, we require the following video documentation:
- Record a video upon arrival as the freight driver unloads the unit.
- Record a second video while unboxing the unit, capturing all angles.
Delivery Scheduling: The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Promptly answer calls to avoid unnecessary delays.
Damages or Missing Items: Inspect the shipment carefully upon arrival. Any damage or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Address Changes: If you need to change the delivery address after the unit has shipped, additional charges will apply. Delivery addresses cannot be changed free of charge once the freight is in transit.
