The plumbed SSW 611-2D Fresh Water Japanese Head Spa Massage Bed is designed for salons, spas, and wellness studios that want a premium, full-service Japanese head spa setup with hygienic fresh-water plumbing and a complete professional accessory package. Unlike recirculating systems, this model connects directly to hot and cold water lines through a UPC faucet and requires a wall or floor drain, allowing clean water to flow continuously throughout the service.

Built for advanced scalp, hair, and relaxation treatments, the 611-2D combines a fresh-water plumbing system with water halo therapy, steam compatibility, LED light therapy, removable hot stone plates, moxibustion cups, and a wide range of treatment accessories. Because Salon & Spa Wholesaler has a dedicated team that assembles furniture and equipment before shipment, all furniture, large orders, and oversized items will ship via freight using one of our trusted shipping partners.

All freight is delivered curbside, with a signature being required. Be sure to inspect your delivery for any damages before signing for receipt.

Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee from the carrier. Please check the tracking information for an estimated delivery time before delivery. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location. Standard delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Expedited shipping may be available upon request. During seasonal promotions and holidays, shipping may be delayed due to the heavy volume of shipments. During these periods, orders will ship on a "first-come, first-served" basis. If you have any customer service questions, shipping, order status inquiries, concerns regarding defective products, assembly of furniture, or product operation, please call 713-532-1111 and speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives.

Also, please make sure your delivery address is correct at the time of your purchase. Salon and Spa Wholesaler cannot guarantee the option of reconsignment (change of address once an order has left our facility) on freight shipments. Return Policy

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Equipment and Custom Orders CANNOT be returned for any reason whatsoever.
Guests returning/exchanging merchandise will receive a prompt and courteous refund/exchange on unopened merchandise within the first 30 days after the original date of purchase.
In order to be eligible for exchange/return, merchandise must be returned unused in its original box with original packing materials and must be packed in such a manner that it will not incur damage in return transit. (Open/used items may not be returned.) Any damage to returned products is the sole responsibility of the customer, and such damage claims are between the carrier and customer.
All returns must be approved by Salon & Spa Wholesaler before they are returned and must be accompanied by an RMA number. You may request an RMA number by calling 713-532-1111.
The United States Postal Service CANNOT be used for return shipping. FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be used after obtaining and getting RMA approval. If the USPS is used as the carrier to return an item, it will be refused and returned to the shipper. Refunds or compensation will NOT be given if the policy is not adhered to.

Head Spas are delivered fully assembled – the customer must attach the steamer to the unit.

Installation & Maintenance: Customer’s responsibility. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION REQUIRED. All plumbing work must be done by a licensed plumber with proof provided for any plumbing-related warranty claims.
