Because Salon & Spa Wholesaler has a dedicated team who assembles furniture and equipment before shipment, all furniture, large orders, and oversized items will ship via freight using one of our trusted shipping partners.
All freight is delivered curbside, with a signature being required. Be sure to inspect your delivery for any damages prior to signing for receipt.
Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee from the carrier. Please check tracking information for an estimated delivery time prior to delivery. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location. Standard delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Expedited shipping may be available upon request. During seasonal promotions and holidays, shipping may be delayed due to the heavy volume of shipments. During these periods, orders will ship on a "first come, first serve" basis. If you have any customer service questions, shipping, order status inquiries, concerns regarding defective product, assembly of furniture or product operation, please call 713-532-1111 and speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives.
Also, please make sure your delivery address is correct at the time of your purchase. Salon and Spa Wholesaler cannot guarantee the option of reconsignment (change of address once an order has left our facility) on freight shipments, however we will try our best to help with any changes at the time of shipment with a fee added by the freight company. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
1. Guests returning/exchanging merchandize will receive a prompt and courteous refund/exchange on unopened merchandise within the first 30 days after the original date of purchase.
2. In order to be eligible for exchange/return, merchandise must be returned unused in its original box with original packing materials and must be packed in such a manner that it will not incur damages in return transit. (Open/used items may not be returned.) Any damage to returned products are the sole responsibility of the customer and such damage claims are between the carrier and customer.
3. Equipment and Custom Orders CANNOT be returned for any reason whatsoever.
4. All returns must be approved by Salon & Spa Wholesaler before they are returned and must be accompanied by an RMA number. You may request an RMA number by calling 713-532-1111.
5. The United States Postal Service CANNOT be used for return shipping. FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be used after obtaining and getting RMA approval. If the USPS is used as the carrier to return an item, it will be refused and returned to the shipper. Refunds or compensation will NOT be given if policy is not adhered to.

No Returns on Equipment or Custom Orders.
Head Spas are delivered fully assembled – customer must attach steamer to unit.
Installation & Maintenance: Customer’s responsibility. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION REQUIRED. All plumbing work must be done by a licensed plumber with proof provided for any plumbing-related warranty claims.
Warranty Coverage:
- Barber and styling chair bases and hydraulic pumps: 1 year
- Shampoo unit pumps: 3 months
- Shampoo unit mechanical components (hoses, faucets, and halos): 1 year
- Shampoo unit electronic components: 90 days
- Dryer chairs, trolleys, and facial machines: 90-day limited warranty
- Handheld tools: 30 days standard; 1 year for SSW-branded items
Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, misuse, staining, sunlight fading, vinyl wrinkling, unauthorized repairs, or acts of nature.
Service During Warranty: Must be performed by an approved technician to keep warranty valid.
Replacement Policy: Discontinued items may be replaced with similar items.

Important - Shipping Process
Important Freight Delivery Notice
For all heavy freight orders, please review the following carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process:
Delivery Location: Freight deliveries will be made to a loading dock or curbside in front of your business. Delivery will not include white-glove service or bringing the unit inside the building or service area.
Video Documentation (Required): For insurance and claims purposes, we require the following video documentation:
- Record a video upon arrival as the freight driver unloads the unit.
- Record a second video while unboxing the unit, capturing all angles.
Delivery Scheduling: The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Promptly answer calls to avoid unnecessary delays.
Damages or Missing Items: Inspect the shipment carefully upon arrival. Any damage or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Address Changes: If you need to change the delivery address after the unit has shipped, additional charges will apply. Delivery addresses cannot be changed free of charge once the freight is in transit.
