What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payment through check, money order or wire transfer. Payments through check and money order require that the funds are cleared by the bank before the products are shipped. It usually takes 5-7 business days for checks and money orders to clear.
 
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Texas residents only will be charged sales tax.
 
How do I get a catalog?
We provide quarterly specials to all of our customers. Please click the link to our quarterly catalog on our homepage.
 
What is your return policy?
Salon Wholesalers stands behind all of our products 100%. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from us, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. All new merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date customer takes delivery of items, and are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and buyer’s payment of all shipping costs, unless item is returned due to a product defect. If you receive a defective item, please call customer service at 713-532-1111. Returned or cancelled items are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Custom items are not returnable.
 
What warranties do you provide?
WARRANTIES & REPAIR All items sold by Salon Wholesalers are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor, except "direct import" a/k/a IMP items. All items needing repair (other than IMP) should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. Salon Wholesalers is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.
For IMP items only, Salon Wholesalers provides a warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer's warranty for such items, with the exception of the time period, which is equal to the term of the manufacturer's warranty or one (1) year, whichever is less, except hydraulic pump for limited 90 Days to 2 years depend on hydraulic pump model. Shampoo unit fixtures and parts have a warranty period of 90 days. Ceramic flat irons have a warranty period of 60 days. Equipment parts and accessories have a warranty period of 30 days. ALL equipment and salon furniture are to be used and operated by qualified, trained, licensed professionals ONLY. Your warranty card and/or sales slip must accompany all items. Used equipment has no warranty.
THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY SALON WHOLESALERS. SALON WHOLESALERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF ANY MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM US. SALON WHOLESALERS' LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MONETARY VALUE OF THE MERCHANDISE.
Salon Wholesalers is NOT liable for any improper use of equipment and furniture. Salon Wholesalers does not warrant on color variation over wood, fabric, and laminated materials. Fabrics and laminated materials are not warranted against wear, fading, staining, soiling, crushing, peeling, chipping, or all of which are influenced by the user created environment or to the care of which the product is exposed during use. This limited warranty does not cover the damage caused in transit, improper installation, excessive use, or alteration. All warranties are limited to repair or replacement, to the original purchaser, and remain at our discretion. Accessories and replacement parts may be available for purchase on select merchandise. Extended warranties are available on selected items. Use of replacement parts provided by other manufacturers, or, not authorized by Salon Wholesalers may affect equipment performance and voids all product warranties. Warranty service is provided by Salon Wholesalers and requires that the product(s) be shipped and delivered to our authorized service agent for repair. The warranty does NOT cover shipping charges to and from our repair centers. Customers must receive an Authorization for Repair (AR) number before shipping merchandise to our service center. All repaired items will be returned to the customer either by UPS, FedEx, or through a commercial trucking company.
